Return and Refund Policy

At Kavyo, we aim to deliver products that meet the highest quality standards. Since most of our ethnic wear is sourced from designer suppliers and crafted to order, we maintain a fair but strict policy to ensure transparency and quality assurance. 

1. Returns

At Kavyo, all return and refund decisions are reviewed and approved directly by our internal quality team to ensure fair resolution and customer satisfaction. You can request a return within 5 days of delivery, provided the item meets our eligibility criteria. 

Eligible Returns

We only accept returns when the product received is significantly defective or damaged.

Ineligible Returns

  • Accessories, stitched blouses, customised/personalised items, and sale products are non-returnable.

  • Minor differences in colour, texture, loose threads, slight embelishment difference or embroidery differences are not considered defects.

Condition Requirements

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags and labels intact.

  • You must inform us within 24 hours of delivery and share a clear, unedited unboxing video showing the parcel being opened, the invoice label, and the issue clearly visible.

  • Edited or incomplete videos will not be accepted as valid proof.

All return requests are subject to approval after verification by our quality team.

2. Return & Shipping Charges

  • Shipping: Free delivery within India.

  • Return/Restocking Fee: A flat ₹299 will be deducted as return and restocking charges per order.

3. Refunds

We issue refunds to the original payment method once your return is approved and received in original condition.

  • Refunds typically take 5–7 working days to reflect in your account.

  • For Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are issued via UPI transfer after verification.

  • If the returned item fails quality inspection, the refund request will be declined and the item will be reshipped to you.

4. Excluded / Final-Sale Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Customised or made-to-order products.

  • Sarees with stitched or altered blouses.

  • Products that have been washed, worn, or used.

  • Products showing minor colour variations, loose threads, or slight embellishment differences (typical in handcrafted goods).

5. Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement.

  • If order gets cancelled, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

6. How to Request a Return

Please email us at support@kavyo.in with:

  • Your order number

  • Unedited unboxing video and clear photos of the product

  • Detailed reason for the return

⚠️ We do not accept return or refund requests via WhatsApp, Instagram, or phone calls.

7. Important Notes

  • Please open your parcel on video recording at the time of delivery for your protection.

  • For approved return requests, we may ask customers to self-ship the product to our return address. You can use any courier of your choice. Once we receive the product in original condition, the refund will be processed.
