Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

Dear Customer,

At Kavyo, we strive to make your shopping experience smooth and worry-free. We want you to love what you wear — and if something doesn't work out, we've made the exchange process simple and hassle-free.

1. Easy Exchange

We offer one time exchange on all eligible products within 5 days of delivery

How It Works:

  1. Email us at support@kavyo.in with your order number and reason for exchange.
  2. Our team will confirm your request and share the process of exchange.
  3. After receiving and inspecting the return product, we will issue an exclusive coupon code with 3 month validity equivalent to your order value (minus ₹199 exchange & restocking fee).
  4. Use the coupon code on webiste to place a new order for anything you love from our collection!

2. Exchange Conditions

We don't offer exchange for the following reasons: 

  1. Color difference. 10 % Colour difference might be there due to screen resolution and lights.
  2. The customer does not like the material or colour of the product ordered. As we use the best quality material in the market and all product details are mentioned in the Product description. We would suggest that you please read all the details before placing the order. 
  3. Exchanges are not accepted if the piece is specially customised of the customer.

To ensure a smooth exchange, please make sure:

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and unaltered.
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact.
  • The exchange request is made within 5 days of delivery.

3. Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Customised or made-to-order products.
  • Sarees with stitched or altered blouses.
  • Products that have been washed, worn, or used.
  • Accessories and sale/clearance items.

4. Exchange & Restocking Fee

A flat ₹199 will be deducted from your coupon value to cover restocking charges. This means if your original order was ₹2,599, your coupon will be issued for ₹2,400.

5. Refund Policy

We operate on an exchange-only model — refunds are not offered for change of mind or personal preference.

6. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement.
  • Once cancelled, a full refund after deducting payment gateway charges will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
  • Orders that have already been processed cannot be cancelled.

7. How to Request an Exchange

Simply email us at support@kavyo.in with:

  • Your order number
  • Reason(s) for exchange 
  • Video or photos in support of the reason(s) of exchange.

Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with the return address and next steps.

⚠️ Exchange and refund requests are accepted only via email at support@kavyo.in. We do not process requests via WhatsApp, Instagram, or phone calls.

8. Important Notes

  • Please inspect your parcel at the time of delivery. We recommend recording an unboxing video for your own protection, especially if you plan to claim a defect.
  • By placing an order on kavyo.in, you agree to this Exchange & Cancellation Policy.
