What is Partial Cash on Delivery (Partial COD)?

Partial Cash on Delivery is a payment option where a customer pays a portion of the order value in advance, and the remaining amount is paid at the time of delivery.

Eligibility for Partial COD

• Partial COD is applicable only on orders with a total value above ₹3,299.

• Orders below this value are not eligible for Partial COD.

Advance Payment Requirement

• Customers placing a Partial COD order are required to pay 20% of the total order value in advance at the time of checkout.

• The remaining 80% of the order value will be collected as Cash on Delivery at the time of delivery.

Non-Refundable Advance Amount

• The advance amount paid under Partial COD is strictly non-refundable.

• In cases of order refusal, failed delivery (RTO), or customer-initiated cancellation, the advance amount will not be refunded.

Cancellation Policy

• Partial COD orders cannot be cancelled once they are dispatched.

• If a Partial COD order is cancelled before dispatch, the advance amount will still remain non-refundable.

Returns & Refunds

• Returns are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

• In case a return is approved, refunds (if applicable) will be processed only for the balance amount paid.

• The advance amount paid under Partial COD will not be refunded under any circumstances.

Order Confirmation

• Orders placed using Partial COD may be subject to order verification or confirmation before dispatch.

• Failure to complete verification may result in order cancellation without refund of the advance amount.

Placing an order using the Partial COD payment method confirms that the customer has read, understood, and agreed to this Partial COD Policy.
